Discount Quality Flooring answered my call and promptly arranged an appointment for me. Jerry made it a point to be very customer friendly and was excellent at communicating with me throughout the process. I'm very satisfied with the service he gave me. The actual workers seemed like they were in a hurry. They did the job over 3-4 days but I was a little disappointed with how Doug rushed his workers at the end of each day. Overall, everything looks good.
