What is this guy who likens Fratangelos to an infomercial talking about? The styists here are well trained and really know their products and why they think you shuld be using certain things. They get business from referrals and its just common sense that they show you how to style & manage your hair so people notice and ask you about your stylist. I love the suggestions and tips I get from my stylist who is always traveling for training. Infomercial? You probably need serious help.
