I called my regular plumber with an emergency - water back up in basement and could not use my kitchen sink or dishwasher. They could not come for days. Tried two other "well known company's" - could not come until after the first of the year. My son called Len The Plumber and was told someone would be at my home between 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. A little after 1:00, Edgar was at my door. Very pleasant and efficient. Covered his shoes and had my problem fixed in no time. Even checked out my garbage disposal to make sure there was no problem with it. If I could have given him more than 10 as a rating I would have. His card is now on file for further use when needed.
