I had some fascia on the second story of my home that needed repairs. I was not able to get to it because I couldn't set the ladder down below. Mike from Mr. Handyman came out, looked at the job, and decided about what it would take to get it done. He then sent me an estimate, which I agreed to. Then we made an appointment for when he would show up to do the work (weather permitting). He showed up and actually did the job in fewer hours than he had estimated. The overall price was also lower than he had predicted.
