Can you say worst eating experience ever! Ive had some bad experiences like rat crap on a burger patty from mcdonalds. So lets start with walking in we were not greeted. It was a new hire on the register and we saw that immedaitely and tried to be very nice and patient. we order and everything seems fine until the cook comes out and says the manager had to run out and the kid up front is new so he just wanted to check a few things about our order because he seen our cups and apparently they werent on the order. so as nice as we are we politely confirmed the order and the cook goes back to the grill. Burgers come out burnt and tasting terrible, both myself my wife and her parents were disghusted. My wife order a mushroom burger and the were no mushrooms. They had run out of onions so my wife and her mother didnt get onions btw the burger joint had just opened its 1040am so they should be stocked with all ingredients. I took maybe 5 bites and was ready to leave i was so disgusted with the service and the food. So i asked my family to wait in the car while i had a word with the manager who had just shown up. Our conversation lasted a little over a minute and his excuse was i had to leave for an emergency. I told him that if he couldnt leave his store in capable hands that he should close until he returned. He responded by telling that emergencies happen all the time, and that i could walk out of his building and get hit by a car, wtf. I left after that the man is insane i would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason not even to wipe their butts with the lettuce. Just ridiculous.
