If I could give negative "stars" I would do so! I sold an iPhone on ebay and the address associated was the address for DNIPRO LLC. A few hours after the package was delivered, the buyer filed a non-receipt claim with ebay which resulted in the funds being withdrawn from my account. A phone call to DNIPRO confirmed that the non-US citizens operating the business were very familiar with such activity and provided the well-rehearsed "we cannot help you" routine. So, the item was delivered to them and they took the money back as well. Of course, Paypal and ebay are both of no help. They are equally unable (and possibly just unwilling) to provide any sort of help for victims of this kind of fraud.
They may successfully ship some items back to the mother country but I'm sure that I'm not the first to fall victim of their dishonest internet tactics. Good luck!
