Very prompt courteous service, answered all my questions and where very helpful and patient my car was a new purchase when I brought it in and as I suspected the issues that arose where that I had feared but they helped deduce the issues in no time and where very patient with the dealer whom I purchased from who took the better half of almost two weeks then decided they wanted to do the work themselves. So from my first short stint with upstate imports I can honestly say it's worth 5 stars from the people to the quaint little waiting room. Didn't get work through them but for a saab it's a reasonable price per hr
