Review content:
I've been taking our two Toyota vehicles for oil changes and it's taking too long, in my opinion. Last time I took our 4Runner I had to wait two hours - and told the customer rep guy to skip the car wash. The most recent visit was for our Prius and I was told 1.75 hours when I checked in. When I mentioned that I wasn't happy about that I was told that walk-ins were having to wait three hours. I wasn't sure if that was supposed to make me feel better. A person who made an appointment should be glad it wasn't going to be three hours and just under two???? Of course, what I don't know is whether other dealerships in the area are taking just as long for an oil change but I'm going to try to find out. I think I'll give another place a try next time.
Also, I can appreciate wanting feedback but why do you send me an email asking for my feedback when you called me on the phone last week to ask me about it? Isn't it enough to do it either by phone or email? Yeah, I know I don't have to respond this way now when I've already given you my review over the phone but I'm just trying to make a point and ask why you needed to send me this email today when you got my review over the phone.
