Review content:
Unfortunately, Old Reliable Pest Control did not get rid of the problem that I had. We had gophers and they attempted to get rid of them but had to come back several times. I was charged each time. Although it was relatively inexpensive, they were out here six times and were never successful.

We wish to offer our personal apology for not meeting your expectations.
Upon receiving your review we reconciled your account and noticed that
we only charged you 3 out of 7 times we were there.
Sometimes its difficult for customers to understand that the strychnine alkaloid
does kill gophers, however the runways are still under your yard and will be used
by new gophers. If your current remedy isn't working we will help if you need us.
Again our deepest apologies.
