I ordered 8"" Round Bottom Grates from this company. They sent me grates that are 6"" round on the bottom. They want 20% restocking fee and me to pay the return shipping. For a $25 order, it's not worth it so I decided to write about my experience.\r

I don't understand how 8"" Round Bottom Grates could be 6"" in size...\r

but looking at the details on the page, that may be the true standard for the part.\r

I may have made the mistake in purchasing but what upsets me is that the customer service, Sharon Klocko, is not interested in helping me get the correct size grates. Instead, she tells me to do the same thing I did that got me into this mess: ""search on our site to determine if another grate would work for you"".\r

My point is, if you purchase incorrectly from this site, don't expect them to go to any effort to help you get the correct product.\r
