Review content:
I can't say enough. I brought my car into JiffyLube across the street from Nixon. I had taken my car to a JiffyLube in New Mexico to have the tires rotated and a check engine light checked. However, the JL did neither of those things. Went I explained this to the SLO JiffyLube the best they could offer me was to do it for $24, which was confusing because originally it was supposed to be just $10 for the tire rotation. I realize the SLO JL was not responsible for the NM JL mistake, but still. Anyway, Nixon did it all for free. Also, while I was there a customer came in that was not happy. Elmer took care of him. The funny thing was, was that the customer's problem was caused by misinformation about his car from someone else. Eitherway, Elmer took care of him. I always find that the best measure of a good business, is how they deal with dissatisfied customers. I wholeheartedly would recommend this business.
