Review content:
Zero stars would be my rating for ING Limo. My experience with them is the worst limo service I have ever received. Their complete lack of customer service, misleading information on their website, and rudeness is horrific!\r \r ING Limo’s website indicates they have new luxury sedans, “Lincoln Town Car with 3-4 passengers with luggage.” A reservation was made on their website for a luxury sedan for 4 passengers with 4 pieces of luggage. They called to confirm the reservation and confirm we wanted a car, rather than an SUV, since we had 4 passengers. Upon confirmation that one passenger could sit up front with the driver, we chose to stay with the sedan. They arrived timely, and the car was freshly cleaned. However, their “luxury sedan” was not a Lincoln Town Car and DO NOT accommodate 3-4 passengers with luggage. Their sedan Cadillac that did arrive had a shortened trunk that was smaller than the trunk on my Honda Civic and can only fit two pieces of luggage. We immediately contacted ING’s call center to determine how the problem could be rectified. Their call center “manager” was rude and completely unhelpful – continually arguing and failing to offer any solution – indicating it was my responsibility to know the capacity of their fleet’s trunk sizes. The company would not send another vehicle. Nor would ING offer a cancellation and refund of the prepaid car service. \r \r I fail to see how any company can offer a reservation for a sedan for 4 people and 4 pieces of luggage, yet only offer service for 4 people and 2 pieces of luggage. Beware if you have more than 2 pieces of luggage you will be expected to house them in the seating area with you. \r \r
