This is an awful place. I ordered food and essential candy for our Hungarian Christmas on the 2nd of December and today on December 23 rd we have no package. Otto charged my credit card on the 15 th and during my first call they said they sent nothing out because one kind of candy is was missing but one hour later they said they sent the package out but are not willing to give out the tracking number. The guy I talked to is arrogant. Don't ever buy from this people they are unprofessional and actually pretty ugly considering it is Christmas and I ordered Christmas goods. My kids will have no szaloncukor now.\r
