On 12/8/2013 my daughter unfortunately got in a car accident and Vernola's Towing came and got the car, they put our car in there impound lot when my husband asked them to tow it to a triple AAA approved body shop. The nightmare began we drove up from San Diego on 12/9/2013 around 2PM to get our car and Vernola's wanted to charge us 245.00 for 1 night CRAZY!!!!! on there price list for 1 night it was 47.50. It took them 3hrs for us to get our car.\r
My husband spoke to the owner and he said we would only have to pay the 47.50.\r
The staff at Vernola's Towing are incompetent people and RUDE. I dont understand how these people can sleep at night knowing that they are ripping SO many people off. If you get in a accident in this area of LA DO NOT USE VERNOLA""S TOWING tell triple AAA you will spend the money to stay out of the town of Norwalk. I hope and pray that no one will have to deal with these people.\r
