Their burger and sweet potato fries are unbelievably delicious, however the fact that there is no waiting list, no hostess, and no reservations, are the reasons I did not give this place a 10. Here, there is no such thing as "first come, first served." You have to hover around a table while people are still eating and have to practically jump on their seat before they even stand up in order to get a table. Even though you might have been waiting there first, the table essentially goes to the person who sits on the seat first. I hate this idea of going someplace to eat and having to be so aggressive to get a table. I would go here all the time if it weren't so crowded and such a stressful experience to get a table. One recommendation: order your food TO GO so you don't have to deal with the chaos. Oh yeah, and their french fries aren't that great; get their sweet potato fries!
