I was amazed at the great customer service I recieved from the staff at the Freeport Veterinary Hospital. I am a returning client who has moved back to the area and have a pair of dogs who needed a new Vet local to where I live now.
I was totally blown away by the investments in new technology and services that the new owner, Dr Radding has made with the hospital since taking it over from the previous owner last fall. The new tablet PC's and computer systems she has put in really has speeded up the time of service and the detail in the instructions I can now take home with me. I hate wasting time waiting when I shouldn't have to.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the affordability of the services, esp having come up from the CT area. The new dental health equipment at the hospital has made my dog's dental cleaning a much faster process than the old one. I did not expect to find this great level of pet health technology in Freeport!
