They are extremely nice and very helpful at Mr. Transmission. For every little thing that they wanted to do to my car, they called me up to ask very nicely and tell me how much it would be. They were quick. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything they did. They gave me a great deal, too. I think I stood in there for half an hour just talking to Bob about miscellaneous things. He is genuine and doesn't try to charge you for things you don't need.
