Review content:
We had nylon carpet that was 13+ years only, but only two of us in the house. The carpet needed to be stretched and cleaned. Phoenix carpet did a great job from referring us to movers who took the furniture out and replaced it after the cleaning to returning and addressing two spots that came up as a result of the cleaning. The four rooms we did should get another 3-5 years out of the carpet and are having them back to finished up with two rooms after the first of the year.
