Mr. Transmission of Marietta really took care of me. They kept me up-to-date about the car. They showed me what was wrong with it. A friend I worked with turned me on to them, and I was very pleased.
I didn't have to worry about my car when it was with Mr. Transmission. They kept it locked up, so no one could get a hold of it. I have taken my car to other places, and I was worried. If I get any other car, I will definitely get them to check it out before I buy it.
They explained what the problem was, met the quota, and I never felt like they railroaded me on anything. They rebuilt my transmission, and they really took care of me. I have told the mailman, a neighbor, and a complete stranger about them already.
This is the 4th time I have had to have my transmission done. The last time the guy did it for about half the price, but he didn't put all the bolts back in. It messed the frame of my car up so badly that I couldn't even open the passenger door. Now that I took it to Mr. Transmission they put everything back the way it is supposed to be. It is like I have a new door.
There should be more companies like this one, out for the satisfaction of the customer instead of just getting money. They even helped me find a loaner company. They kept me posted on the progress of the car and told me where I should go to have the engine checked out. I wish I had known about them 3 years ago because I would have saved myself a lot of trouble.
It is like having a new car. Mr. Transmission treats their customers like people and doesn't make them feel stupid when asking questions. I was blown away by the hospitality they showed. I will definitely continue to recommend them.
