Purchased service on Monday, Pick up was Thursday, Trash was out Wednesday night, Drivers said he stopped at 3:30pm and that the trash was not out, so the pick up was not done. Called Friday and got my 6 months worth of pre-paid service refunded. I was a customer for less than a week.
