So reading the negative reviews, I felt compelled to write one of my own.\r \r Overall since moving in 3 months ago I have had a very positive experience, especially with regard to maintenance. The guy who flips the apartments for new renters is definitely a bit of a pill - sighs/complains pretty much the whole time. But the usual maintenance staff are efficient and polite. Since moving in we had a garbage disposal issue, a roof leak, carpet replaced, and now had to have a whole cabinet rebuilt - all of these were taken care of within a day or maybe two of reporting the issue. The most recent experience I had, I emailed the maintenance supervisor on Thursday morning, Friday morning a guy is here to look at the issue and is coming back to fix it today.\r \r I get the feeling I am in one of the nicer properties, but it seems like if you pay your rent on time and do well by them, they do pretty well by you.
