I purchased my Land Rover in Colorado Springs, but Land Rover Roaring Fork was closer to where I live, so I brought my Land Rover there when I needed a servicing. I spoke to the same person, Roger, when I called in and when I arrived at the dealership. He was fantastic and so very, very nice. When I got there, they got me right in. They told me it would take thirty minutes. I had my puppy dog with me, so we went for a walk. The service ended up taking longer than thirty minutes, but I was not upset by this at all. They did look really busy. Roger was so nice, and he apologized for the longer than estimated service time. It was a great experience in the end.
I always recommend them to others. If I need servicing again, I will go there, and I hope I always get to deal with Roger!
