I have as recently as two weeks ago booked a vacation thru this travel agency and could not of been more in tune as to what I was looking for. I told them I wanted to be able to play golf and have that as part of the package so I could play everyday while I was there if I wanted to. Now I was a single traveler so it was also important to me that I went somewhere as to where it was not all couples so I would not feel so out of place. They referred me to Secrets Maroma in Playa Del Carmen which was a very beautiful hotel. But what was supposed to be complimentary golf meaning NO extra charges there was a mandatory $50.00 cart fee, a $35.00 tee time fee if I wanted to play before 2pm which you had to because it got dark at 5pm, $55.00 fee for rental clubs, and $25.00 fee for travel to and from the golf course. Needless to say I was furious and told the resort it was supposed to be complimentary meaning 0 cost and they said it was that it was complimentary green fees but the rest $165.00 needed to be charged per round. I contacted Minnetonka Travel and all they could say was sorry. Also my comments about wanting to go somewhere as to where there was some singles so I would not feel so out of place, well every other door had either a Honeymoon bow on it or a Anniversary bow on it. This 10 day vacation was a total waste and I have never been so misled in my life. They knew full well what I was looking for and sold me what they wanted to sell me and never were looking out for my interestes. I will never ever use them again and will share my experience with all my friends so they don't get burned like I did! If I could rate this Agency I would give them a 0 out of 5 they totally ruined my vacation...............
