Tickle Your Fancy is owned and operated by Judy Carrino of Raleigh, NC. She is a florsit who works out of her home. Judy has worked many weddings in the Triangle area and has a very large portfolio. I was very impressed by her work when I met with her. She seemed competent and artistic. I brought her pictures of exactly what I wanted for my wedding and we talked in great detail about my expectations. I was very disappointed when I arrived at the church and saw that the flowers I ordered were not right. Judy did not apologize and made this bride cry on her special day! After the wedding and honeymoon, with much time to calm down, I wrote Judy a letter. Her response was a beratement of me and justification for her work. It was unprofessional and I would not work with Judy again. Beware this florist.
