I found and chose Sammamish Mortgage after searching a mortgage company serving Washington State and Seattle area. It was a very good choice as they provided a great rate and smooth transition that allowed closing several days earlier than scheduled. I work with Jeanne Shane and her team, and they were very responsive and professional. The rate I locked was probably the best rate at the time, and I will work with them again for any of my future mortgage need whether it would be refi or another mortage.
