Review content:
I had a coat dry cleaned last week at Cindella. I called before going there to ask if they would honor their $9.95 coupon for a 2-piece suit on this coat. The husband owner said yes. I went there and dropped off the suit and husband owner gave me receipt. Three days later, I went back there to pick up the coat and this time the wife owner was the only one there. She said I have to pay $13 for the dry cleaning. I explained that $9.95 with coupon was the agreement her husband and I had. She showed me the receipt attached to the coat and sure enough it said $13 (gosh, I should have checked the receipt her husband handed to me before I left the store). So I said ""for a difference of $3, they could earn a repeat customer or lose a customer."" She replied, ""it's $13."" Well, either her husband did not understand English (he has a heavy accent) or was intending to pull a fast one on me. Either way, it is not good to deal with this kind of people. Greed will eventually put them out of business.
