Terrible experience. The man who assisted me when I arrived not only recommended an engine diagnostic that wasn't necessary, but he was rude. I was told I would receive the diagnostic for half price and that offer was retracted. They recommended that I have a fuel sensor replaced ($400) and that they would recommend replacing the fuel pump (which has had no problems) ""while they were in there."" This would be for an additional $500. Come to find out, none of this was necessary. My car needed the light reset (which I asked if they could do and they said no) and a new gas cap. Totaling $50. I will NEVER go back here and will continue to spread the word of my experience. They tried to take advantage of a woman who appeared to not know what she needed. Unacceptable.
