The absolute worst experience I've ever had! I wouldn't even bring my pet to them! The office is all about money. They charged my card without permission from the person co-signing which is fraud. I called for almost 2 weeks straight trying to get ahold of the office manager and was told she would call me back every single time and did not call me once! The one time I actually was able to get ahold of her was by I called and she answered the phone. After 2 weeks of trying to get my money back I had to call carecredit and have them dispute it and then the office still charged me 600 when I was only there once for the consultation. Another dr I went and saw said 2 other girls had complained of that happening to them from dr Harrell's office. Obviously this is a big scam with them so be careful! I also read older reviews and people wrote the same thing! By far the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!
