Vredevoogd was recommended by my neighbors as they have utilized their services for over 20 years. In short, I would HIGHLY Recommend them with no problem.\r However, I would like to share the reasons why ""You Would Want To Call Them"" for your Heating or Cooling needs.\r \r I called with a non operating furnace concern. I was given two time slots to select from, for their servicemen to come out. They provided me with a thorough explanation of what to expect, the estimate of a Service Call, and a cost savings program the company offered. The office was polite, not pushy to sell me something and verified my information. The servicemen was prompt, introduced himself, listened to my problem, put booties over his shoes prior to going any further then my doorway, and proceeded to problem solve my furnace. \r I am a visual learner and wanted to understand what the causative factor was that contributed to the furnace not to operate.\r The technician did not dismiss my inquiries, explained what he was testing, the normal ranges that the tested components should display, was able to show me on a screen utilizing an optical devise what problems my furnace had and how they caused it to not work properly.\r The technician gave me the price of what it would cost to fix the problem, had all the supplies in the van to complete the job.\r You could honestly not tell someone worked on my furnace (except that it worked now)\r there was no dust, left over materials, and the area was clean.\r The technician was very polite, timely and knowledgeable about his job!\r \r A very satisfied customer!
