Review content:
Burgers Plus in Brooklyn is the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. I ordered my food at 9:04pm, I received my food at 10:48pm. Burgers Plus, it's burgers...and fries. The cooking process takes less than 10 minutes. What the hell took two hours for you to deliver my food, that is not far away from you're restaurant? I'm very close. So I call them up, the teenage dumb ditzy girl who picked up the phone literally said to me, yeah well the guy left so it's on it's way. Oh great, my food that was prepared two hours ago and is sitting either in some idiots car getting cold or better yet on the side of a bike in winter...is on it's way??? So i ask for a manager. He answers the phone...."yeah?" what the hell kind of customer service is this. "yeah?"??? you answer the phone...yeah? I'm a paying customer that you don't deserve you incompetent excuse for a manager.
