I've never encountered business conducted in such unscrupulous fashion and would urge consumers to avoid Bonfe's Auto Service at all costs. \r

I brought my car into Bonfe's for basic collision repair - while the car was in their shop, their negligence caused an additional $3,000 worth of damage. As if their incompetence wasn't enough, Bonfe's refused to discuss paying for the damages, and forced me to resolve the matter through a formal compliant with the State Attorney General's Office, as well as Small Claims Court. At every step of the way, the owner Tony was rude, disorganized and downright nasty. \r

Honestly, I am shocked a business who conducts themselves in such an unethical, dishonest and incompetent manner still operates. Do yourself, and our community a huge service by never going to Bonfe's for repairs.
