My daughters story it started in 2010. She had a 3 yr. old boy and pregnant of her 3 yr. old daughter now. She also had a 4 yr. old that was not his but he put his last name and signed the birth certificate since he had been with my daughter since she was pregnant of her. This so called Firpi guy was not even interested in the feelings of the 4 yr. old cause it was not his, but he could care less what the 3 yr. old would say or experience through all this process which lasted like 2 1/2 yrs. or something like that. My daughter had a beautiful farm with animals and the kids love being there is mines and her dads in Puerto Rico. She had a job waiting for her since we had our own business and Firpi said it was not a good place for the kids to grow up at. Mind you he being Puerto Rican and his family lives over there. Since the husband left her with out a place to live at in Miami she was staying at a Hotel with her kids, they took advantage of that and gave her husband custody of the couple's 2 kids until she got her apt. and then she could get them back. That was such a lie it took us one yr. to get them back cause that was all an excuse to let him have the kids. But thank God we got them back,but it was a big battle for that to happen. I would understand if he was the perfect father and was supporting them 100% and the kids had everything they needed. That was not the case cause till this day he does not support the kids, it's always been me and now my daughter got a job since when they where together she was not allowed to work. Till this day he has not paid any child support to her and has his apt., new car, new wife and 3 step kids who he has to support. The grandfather by the fathers side paid a lot of money to firpi and is so sad that because of money kids now a days have to suffer so much. This Firpi guy doesn't even now what it is to have a family, a wife and kids. The lady with the story below that recommends him is probably because she's the one that paid him to get her case. Firpi should be reported and his license should be revoked cause all he does is harm families instead of helping them.
