Review content:
Working with CH Physical Therapy made such a huge difference in my quality of life. After I was diagnosed with two herniated cervical discs in my neck several months ago, I was living everyday in chronic pain. The doctor wanted me to try physical therapy as the first plan of action. I was a bit skeptical that it would help that much, but I was so wrong. I am the end of my training sessions and I feel so much better and am living virtually pain free. My trainer was Laura and she was such a joy to work with. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable about tailoring a program for my injury that helped me significantly. She gave me the tools to go forward and keep myself strong and pain free in the future.
