Review content:
This place was cheaply built and you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the units around you. I could lay in my bed at night and hear my neighbors on the toilet. The grounds are very nice, which is what drew us in, but I'm pretty sure you are paying for the flowers, landscaping, swimming pools, and gyms. We moved across the state and wasn't able to spend a lot of time looking around. Thank God we signed a 6 month lease. We were out of there in 5 months. The doors are cheap and won't stay closed. The house is built on a concrete slab and we had spiders EVERYWHERE and within days we were covered in spider bites. The carpet was covered in dog hair and a mouse had chewed through the drywall. We hadn't even started to unpack and they wouldn't move us to another unit! They slopped some spackling over the hole, which was the size of a baseball, didn't completely cover it, and never came back to finish it.
