I enjoyed my year living at spring-house before I bought my home. They were always helpful and accommodating in the office. My apt was very reasonably priced and I even got a discount for being a teacher. They are pet friendly, I think smaller pets but not sure, and the pool was very nice in the summer. The tennis court needed a little upkeep but I played on it anyways and didn't have too much trouble. I lived in the back where it's really quiet so I highly recommend spring house for all that plus the awesome location.
