Review content:
Disaster! I'd give it a zero if at all possible. I live in the neighborhood and this was the first nail place my daughter ever visited. Today the young male manager went after me very aggressively asking if I was going to cover the $5 charge for dots my daughter requested on her nails. Eyebrows raised, I said of course I would but they should explain the policy ahead of time. I also wondered why he felt it was ok to talk to me this way. Obviously the young man did not like being challenged even though he started the dispute. He wouldn't let up mumbling under his breath about being sick of people, all while handling my fingers. I quickly ended the session and paid for both of us although my nails were bare. I also asked him to hold back on his childlike drama. He let me know I wasn't welcome back and I shared that there was no way I'd expose my 11 year old to that kind of drama. I never raised my voice or began to show him the disrespect he showed me. I've never had any man try to bully me like that in a business establishment. Just awful!
