Worst service ever, do NOT buy anything from Brent’s. They will gladly take your money but when it comes to an issue they will sit there and go around it. I purchased a very expensive carpet and padding from Brent’s. After about 4 years we had to get the padding replaced by Brent’s (under warranty) in the process they damaged my carpet by over stretching it and ripping the carpet. The installers came out to my home three different times and not once did Brent (Owner) or any of his management staff come out to try to fix the issue or even look at the hole. Instead they called us liars and refused to do anything unless an inspector deemed them liable, and they did after all that and 4 months of aggravation. They finally came out to replace the carpet and they went about it the CHEAP way and did not order enough carpet for the large room. Instead they had to cut the carpet up and we ended up with four seems in our carpet. When we called to complain again we got the run around. At the end nothing has been settled and we are still going at it with them. Worst service ever. \r
