Unfortunately, I did not obtain the surname of the technician who serviced our heat/ac units during our routine maintenance on 01/18/2012, but his first name was Ron.
I was immediately impressed with Ron's friendliness and courtesy when I answered the door, and he continued to impress me with his
with his knowledge and abilities. This was especially true when he explained to me (and my wife), in layman's terms, what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what my expectations could be for the future. My experience with Ron only increased my confidence in LIMRIC, and it is people like him who gives me the confidence not to even consider a different (even if less expensive) company.
