Review content:
A few friends and I purposely had dinner at The Porch before a show so we wouldn't have to rush and wait in line. We were told by the bouncer that after dinner our server would escort us to the music venue as we had our tickets in hand. After finishing dinner, we were then told that we missed the deadline of entering into the venue without waiting in line. The server failed to inform us that the cutoff is 15 minutes prior to the show. I asked to speak with the manager who listened to my valid point, but continued to argue with me. He would not let us onto the floor. We had to go back outside and wait in line for another 15-20 minutes after an expensive dinner. We were furious and dissatisfied with the service. I'll never eat at The Porch again!
