Very bad experience- My initial fitting was 6 months before my wedding, I checked on my dress about 1 month before the wedding and was told she had not even started working on my alterations yet. To make it worse I never heard back from Valerie regarding a second fitting. I called her 2 weeks before and was unable to get an appointment until 1 week before the wedding. Out of 4 areas of the dress that needed to be altered, only 1 of them was done correctly. When I came back 4 days before my wedding, the dress was already steamed and Valerie had not planned on me trying on the dress again. I insisted I try on the dress, and it was still wrong. At this time, I decided I had to completely change one item on my dress that I had my heart set on since I purchased it. The day of my wedding I was so uncomfortable because of ""boning"" that was added, which I did not ask for. I felt sick by the end of the night due to being so uncomfortable I had to take my dress off an hour before the reception ended which was really upsetting. Valerie is a very sweet woman, but my experience was very dissapointing and I would not recommend her services.
