Bobbie is the warmest person I've ever met, and to be the individual who greets you as walk through the doors of the automotive office, as you are stressed from whatever x,y,z problems your car is giving you, receiving such a warm welcome and meeting such a genuine spirit let's you know that you are excellent hands.
From one look and a brief conversation with Mike, you will become instantly confident that not only is this man an expert in knowing how to make your car sing like a canary again in peaceful bliss, but that he's not their to jerk you around, or charge you exorbitant rates at your expense.
He knows and loves vehicles like the back of his hand, and makes sure that you feel comfortable with any services to be provided.
The entire shop had european cars as well, which especially made me feel comfortable leaving my BMW there.
I was an avid believer in only bringing my car to the dealership, but after my experience here, this place will be me and my car's new home :).
