Review content:
I took my wife in on a Sunday morning to the Mednow Urgent Care Clinic on Aspen in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma after a sleepless night due to a sinus infection and chest congestion. After filling out the paper work and paying for our copayment, we sat down to wait. After about 45 minutes, we noticed that the patients being called were those who had arrived after us. I went up and asked the receptionist about this. She replied, in a rather huffy tone, that those going before us were ESTABLISHED patients. I may be wrong, but I thought that Urgent Care Clinics usually were first come, first served businesses. As my wife was feeling worse and we had no idea how many more ESTABLISHED patients might come in, we got our money back and went elsewhere. Unfortunately, this means we will never become ESTABLISHED patients of Mednow. \r
