Review content:
I wish a zero star rating was available. I had searched online and been to several plastic surgery consultations for rhinoplasty prior to selecting Dr. Motoki. The first nose surgery he performed, there was no difference in the appearance of my nose (my request was that it be refined through the bridge and tip). He kept telling me it was the swelling and that it would go down. One year later, I went back to see him as the swelling had gone down but my nose didn't appear much different - if anything it was bigger than my natural nose. I scheduled a second surgery and Motoki agreed to give me a minimal discount for the revision. The second surgery was a complete and total botch. When the bandages were removed, I was horrified. My nose was larger, crooked and my nostrils actually were completely visible face on. I didn't even want to be seen in public let alone return to work and have people that knew me realize I had had something done. I became very depressed and through all of this Dr. Motoki said nothing other than it was the swelling and I should massage it to help it go down. I went to see a specialist who was recommended and he said he would not be able to try to correct my nose for at least a year because it needed to heal. This was something that affected me to the core. It was not something I could cover or hide and I had to look at the monstrosity everyday and know other people noticed it as well. I have since had two additional revision surgeries to try to correct the damage that Motoki did (some of it is irreparable). I lost years of my life and paid out over $20,000 to be able to accept the reflection in the mirror. I have put that behind me but I wanted others to know the grief I was caused by this doctor. His arrogant attitude never changed or softened when his mistake was more than apparent.
