We recently experienced an infortunate flood situation in the first floor of our two storey house due to a toilet overflow in the upstairs bathroom. It was at night on a weekend, I was out of the country on business travel and my wife was alone with my youngest son. Water was dripping from the garage ceiling and they did not notice it until a few hours later. My good neighbors were gone and the situation was critical. Fortunately, my wife had kept the business card of Silver Olas, a company that had done a great carpet cleaning job recently, so she called them to ask for a referral to get help. To her surprise, Silver Olas was also able to help with flood emergency services. Even on a Saturday night they came in less than an hour and started a quick and professional flood mitigation service, with the right tools and equipment and a great service attitude. Jimmy from Silver Olas also explained to my wife all the necessary steps to follow in the process, while I filed a claim with my insurance company. After all the drying was done, we decided to keep working with Silver Olas for the reconstruction phase. We were very well impressed by their professional work and by the courtesy of their workers. Jimmy took all my calls and responded to all my emails on the same day. He explained to us in detail all the work to be done, and he coordinated everything smoothly according to our availability. He also helped us to take care of additional damages that were not listed in the first estimate that we got from the Insurance Company, and he negotiated very efficiently with them so that finally everything got approved. In summary, Silver Olas performed a neat and high quality job, at the right price and always with a highly responsive, respectful and polite attitude. It is without a doubt a company that I will definitely recommend for this kind of situations.
