Review content:
Absolutely awful company to rent from. Dermot never responds to issues their tenants bring to them. I have waited for over 3 years to have my heater fixed. Hot water has never worked properly in the kitchen. There have been many landlords over the passed few years, and some of them have helped with small issues like broken lights; but large, important (and costly) matters are shuffled around and forgotten about by management. If you call the number no one answers. Plus they have added late fees onto my payments for months when I absolutely did not pay late. I can't wait to move out from under Dermot. They are criminals who hide behind legal loopholes and red tape.
