REAL ESTATE RAPE! Over priced. For SoHa (south harlem) $2,000+ a month for a two bedroom where only one of the rooms is actually livable (other room has no heat or light). Heat intermittent, rats all over the lobby--- Call the super million times before a call back and then he never shows up. Kitchen sink water is ice cold. They take advantage of students who need a safe a reasonable place to live. The company should be ashamed to operate with such little integrity. I would rather lease from Hitler!
