Review content:
As a former chef at the dam bistro I want all you to know that they lie to the customers about how organic and local there food, meats, produce really are, not local at all and unorganic the meats and produce really are. W.E.I does not sell to the bistro because the prices are to high. Local beef farmers pricing is to much to bear for the owner as well. So where does the food come from your local grocier, the same meats and produce that you can purchase and cook are beining served to you at a huge mark up. So long story short why eat there at all if your getting robbed by the menu and what it says which is not true at all, eat at home or by camp fire and save a bunndle. When in the area ask the locals what they really think of the Dam Bistro you just might save a feww bucks and some integrity.
Pros: small and quite
Cons: false menu and too pricy for store bought food
