HORRIBLE GLASS COMPANY\r

This company, ABC Glass & Screens engaged in the most unscrupulous behavior you could ever imagine. \r

#1 They never had me sign any documents prior to the start of the job. \r
\r
#2 They tried to use silicone caulking to install Low E window panes instead of using double sided glazing tape - the windows were a disaster. \r
\r
#3 They tried to install a bath mirror without polishing the edge to a pencil finish and then lied about it. \r
\r
#4 They sent out a little old man, by himself, to install a huge mirror (6 foot plus mirror). I had to help him lift the mirror into place, (twice) as it was too big for him to install by himself. Apparently greed overran any rational thinking. \r

#5 There two hour job turned into days. They had to install the windows (3) twice. They had to install the mirror twice. They had to install the window trim twice, all due to poor workmanship. Now the mirror needs to be replaced again. This is the 3rd time for the mirror. All of this chaos is due to poor workmanship.\r

#6 They tried to get me to pay them without giving me a receipt. \r

#7 ABC Glass & Screens refused to repair the damage that their employee caused by setting the mirror on the concrete numerous times or honor the warranty that they provided when they installed the mirror. \r

#8 ABC Glass & Screens is totally unprofessional. They have proven time and again - they absolutely have no standards.\r

Avoid this company. \r
