During scheduling I repeated and had repeated back to me the entire list of items I wanted serviced. Upon arriving at the appointment, I found not all items were listed in the computer and only 45 minutes scheduled for the work with the shop closing in one hour. One of the items ended up not needing work yet If it had, I would have had to schedule the work for that item later. I was assured the work would be completed prior to closing time. I received my vehicle more 30 minutes after closing time. Work went fine.
