Whether you are planning on totally surprising your girlfriend with a ring or bringing her into the store to see the selections and get her input, you can count on Bruce for expertise in diamond setting and style recommendations. HL Gross has been around for over 100 years, so you can bank on excellent customer service and the peace of mind that you are getting the best advice in the business. After looking at other jewelry stories that seemed more desperate to make a sale, it was a very easy decision to trust in the tradition of HL Gross for this once-in-a-lifetime purchase. The post-purchase appraisal even valued the ring at a higher cost than I paid for it! Bruce was extremely accessible (via email/phone) in the days and weeks leading up to when we finalized the purchase and just made the entire experience special for me and my family.
